I can count on one hand the number of negative reviews I’ve written in my life. I don’t find them particularly useful or constructive. That said, do yourself a favor and take your car somewhere else. Even if cost isn’t a concern (and Braman will almost certainly charge more than most alternatives), your time should be. Braman operates on its own perpetually delayed timeline, with little to no regard for customer expectations. I brought my car in after a fender bender and waited an entire month to get it back. All parts were confirmed in stock once I brought my car in to start this process (with insurance coordination, this took 3 weeks up front, so 7 weeks all-in). This was a brand-new BMW that I had leased directly from Braman, so I expected a level of service that matched the brand and the price tag. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Day after day, I was told my car would be ready “tomorrow.” Those rolling one-day delays kept me from renting a car and ultimately left me spending hundreds of dollars on Ubers while the completion date continued to move. It took one week for the repair facility to provide an estimate, which totals $9,610.61 for the damages referenced below. During my visit, I clearly explained that the total repair cost needed to remain under $10,000, as this is the maximum coverage available under my policy. I also requested that a rental vehicle be provided in accordance with the policy provisions. At that time, Eric stated, “I don’t think this will be $10,000.” I subsequently informed him that I would like to remove my vehicle from the facility. In response, he advised that I would be responsible for paying $2,000, claiming this amount was due because the vehicle had been dismantled and stored at their facility. I am concerned about these charges and the handling of my claim, particularly given that I had clearly communicated the coverage limitations in advance.

I had an excellent experience with this repair shop after my son’s accident. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, care, and great attention to detail. The quality of the repair exceeded my expectations — the car truly looks like new. I especially want to recognize Lia for her outstanding customer service. She kept me informed throughout the entire process, was always responsive, and made sure I felt confident and at ease every step of the way. She truly went above and beyond. Brought my Bentley after someone rear ended me, when I saw the damage I was shocked, I brought it to Saony at the Colission Center and after 2 weeks I had my car back LIKE NEW! The work was great, and they handled all the communication with my insurance…. Great work, great service! TOP NOTCH!

Excellent service from Charlie at the BMW Body Shop. He kindly helped me navigate the warranty process to repair two dents on my SUV, explaining everything with patience and professionalism. I did learn that the warranty only covers a percentage and not the full cost—which I wish I had known before purchasing it—but overall, the experience was very positive. The mechanic did an impeccable job in record time, and I even enjoyed two delicious coffees while I waited.
